I offer individual therapy sessions either in person at my Henley-on-Thames clinic or online. We will work together to develop a plan that helps us understand the problem, identify what’s keeping it going, and explore practical strategies for change.

Therapy sessions are £110 and last for 50 minutes
While I primarily use CBT, I also integrate other approaches of therapy depending on your individual needs.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
CBT helps you understand how your thoughts, feelings and behaviours are connected, and teaches practical strategies to break unhelpful patterns.
Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing
EMDR is a structured therapy that helps people process and recover from traumatic or distressing experiences.
Exposure and Response Prevention
Commonly referred to as ERP, this is an evidence-based therapy aimed at reducing symptoms of OCD through gradually facing your OCD fears in a supported environment.
Compassion Focused Therapy
Compassion focused therapy has similarities to Mindfulness. It can help reduce self-criticism and shame by building emotional resilience through compassion towards yourself and others.
